Valadao Receives Unanimous Support from Tulare County Board of Supervisors

TULARE – Today, U.S. Congressman David G. Valadao announced the endorsement of every member of the Tulare County Board of Supervisors, including Chairman Mike Ennis, Vice Chairman, Allen Ishida, Supervisor Pete Vander Poel, Supervisor Phil Cox, and Supervisor Steve Worthley.

Congressman David Valadao stated, “As a life long Central Valley resident, having support from the local community, especially those elected officials in Tulare County, is incredibly important to me.” He continued, “Their input, collaboration, and ideas are critical to the work I do in Congress, and I am honored to have their support.”

The unanimous support of the Tulare County Board of Supervisors is the first in a string of endorsement announcements from elected officials throughout California’s Central Valley.

Chairman Mike Ennis stated, “It’s great to have a man like Congressman Valadao representing us here in the Valley. His consistency and commonsense approach to government is what makes him so strong. I support David and wish him the best of luck.”

“David Valadao is a respected member of our community and a true leader in Washington,” said Vice Chairman Allen Ishida. “He goes above and beyond to represent his constituents and always puts others first. I am proud to support his election to Congress and hope all Tulare voters do the same.”

District 2 Supervisor Pete Vander Poel, III remarked, “I am excited to support David Valadao for Congress. David is an effective leader in Washington, fighting every day on behalf of the issues most important to all of his Constituents; like water and agriculture. I encourage you to vote for David Valadao on Election Day.”

“David Valadao is one one of the most approachable and down to earth Congressmen I have had the honor to work with,” said District 2 Supervisor Phil Cox. He continued, “He truly cares about the needs of his community and works to make our quality of life better.”

District 4 Supervisor Steve Worthley stated, “David Valadao is a humble and genuine servant of the people he represents. I am honored to have him as my congressman and wholeheartedly support his return to Congress.”

Congressman David G. Valadao represents the 21st Congressional District, which includes Kings County and portions of Fresno, Tulare, and Kern Counties.
